SABER认证机构不可在授权地理区域范围之外签发Type3类产品PCoC证书

根据2022年1月4日举行的SASO当局与符合性评定机构的第九次会议以及会议决定，SASO（沙特阿拉伯标准，计量和质量组织）发布了《关于签发3类产品合格证书的通知》，相关内容如下:

自2022年4月1日起，认证机构不可在授权地理区域范围之外为Type3类产品颁发产品证书（SABER PCoC）。如出现违反本决定的情况，主管部门将对违反规定的机构采取法律措施。

Reference to the decision of the ninth periodic meeting with the certification bodies for accepted products held on Jan.4th, 2022, the Notification about Certification of Conformity was released by SASO (Saudi Arabian Standards Organization) and made the following instruction:

Certification Bodies are forbidden to issue a Product Certificate to the Type 3 products outside the acceptable geographic range started from Apr. 1st, 2022. The SASO authority will verify whether there is a violation of this decision among all the Certification Bodies, and it will take legal measures to the violating parties.

若您企业有跨区域签发的PCoC证书，即使PCoC在有效期之内，也将面临无法签发SCoC的窘境。
