出口沙特 “SALEEM”执行要求2018年4月1日更新发布
沙特阿拉伯政府近期对沙特产品安全计划项目 “SALEEM”发布了最新的执行要求。
依据相关要求，自2018年4月1日起，涵盖在沙特SALEEM Technical Regulation清单中的产品需按照新的程序要求来申请相关的清关证书。届时，NormalTCI诺莫检测（电话：13486111918）对这部分产品以沙特产品安全计划项目 “SALEEM”替代现有的沙特产品符合性评定项目，并将引入SABER 在线系统平台作为客户申请电子证书electronic Certificate of Conformity (e-CoC)的受理窗口。
在新的管理制度下，相关Technical regulation 清单中的产品需符合SASO指定的技术法规要求，清单中的产品将包含如下两个阶段的产品符合性评估：
阶段 1：依据SASO指定的产品评估计划类型对相应产品进行评估，如果符合要求NormalTCI诺莫检测（电话：13486111918）将签发产品证书 Product Certificate；
阶段 2：在取得Product Certificate后对于每一批出运的产品证书下的货物都需进行出运前的检验，并签发批次证书Shipment Certificate{2} 。Shipment Certificate 将取代现行的CoC证书，每批货物都需取得Shipment Certificate 。

{5} Scheme Type 1A comprises Product type-approval (review of the technical design of the product for conformity to regulation/s).（Scheme Type 1A ：产品形式认可）
