SALEEM 将替代原SASO CoC

从2018年1月1日起，SALEEM 将开始实施，此项目与SASO CoC将会并行一段时间。

我们想要通知您即将取代目前SASO CoC的重大项目变化。我们希望供应链的各端:制造商、进口商以及出口商都能对此有清晰的了解，因而我们建议您也可将次信息分享给您所有的SASO CoC合作伙伴。

“建立消费者对市场上在售产品的信任度”以及"确保买卖双方的公平贸易”是沙特阿拉伯商业部（MoCI）的两个战略性目标，这也是“阿拉伯国家转型计划2020”中的一部分。为达成这些战略目标，MoCI计划实施了“产品安全计划”即SALEEM。

关于SALEEM

SALEEM是集设定法规、技术要求和控制措施为一体的综合体系，其目标在于确保本土产品与进口产品的安全。同时也是为了确保立法和管理部门能提供有效的服务，即可通过这项措施来确保产品符合技术法规,特别是涉及到健康、安全、环境和能源保护相关的基本技术法规来保证其安全性。

重大变化Tips

1.SALEEM是一项关于前往沙特阿拉伯的产品及批次货物符合性认证的新评估项目。

2.SALEEM项目推出了一个新的在线申请系统，称为“SABER”。

3.SABER是由SASO设计配合SALEEM实施的网络工具，用于产品注册、发行和获取CoC。

4.根据SABER，产品将根据风险类别分为：高 - 中 - 低。根据风险类别，将采用不同的符合性检验程序。

5.符合性验证将由NormalTCI诺莫检测（电话：13486111918）等SALEEM注册认可的符合性评估机构（R-CAB）执行。
